Southeastern University (SEU) partners with River Church to host an instructional site on the church campus. River Church Leadership College is a ministry of River Church. Southeastern University partners with River Church to offer students affordable degree programs.
What is RCLC?
River Church Leadership College (RCLC) is a ministry of River Church in partnership with Southeastern University. Students complete their degree online through Southeastern University while receiving in-person ministry training at River Church.
Our mission is to develop Christian leaders through hands-on ministry and academic partnership with Southeastern University—forming leaders who love the local church and steward their God-given gifts to advance His Kingdom.

How much does tuition cost?
SEU is a regionally accredited institution offering affordable and flexible degree options. Financial aid is available for enrolled students. To be eligible, students must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
SEU’s school code is 001521.
Is SEU accredited?
Yes. Southeastern University is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges to award associate, baccalaureate, master’s, and doctorate degrees. Students at River Church Leadership College must be admitted by Southeastern University and enrolled in university courses to receive the benefits of regional accreditation.
Can I receive financial aid?
Yes. Students enrolled through River Church Leadership College may be eligible for federal financial aid, grants, and student loans by completing the FAFSA.
